A research aiming the insights of tourism industry in the capital city of the Costa del Sol. An in-depth analysis of the touristic offer and the particularities of this sector in the city.

This methodological research provided the customer –Málaga City Council– the necessary information to anticipate and react in case of any change in the environment of this industry. The results of this empirical research provided a strong position in the way to success and the best view to identify whatever opportunities of market segmentation in tourism.
