It has a complete vision of the city that is being developed in <strong>7 main strategic axes<\/strong>containing <strong>38 objectives<\/strong>, y <strong>232 proposals<\/strong> that have been collected in the citizen participation process.<\/p>\n<h1 id='plan-estrat\u00e9gico-sevilla-2020'>Seville 2020 Strategic Plan<\/h1>\n<p>The <strong>strategic thrust was carried out between 2011 and 2013<\/strong>The objectives were as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To channel the proposals for the elaboration of the most prioritised projects, both by the different sectors of the citizenry and by the entities that make up the Executive Committee.<\/li>\n<li>Focus more on the deployment of productive investments, which contribute to the competitiveness of enterprises and the generation of quality employment.<\/li>\n<li>Impact on the deployment of the new productive and industrial model based on productive technological innovation and renewable energies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop prevention, protection and social promotion measures for the most vulnerable sectors.<\/li>\n<li>To make the city more socially responsible and its citizens more active and civically engaged in the making of the city.<\/li>\n<li>Deploying relational government in the city, and democratic governance as a way of generating and managing economic and social networks to enhance the city's creativity, competitiveness and social cohesion, as well as improving the capacity for shared action.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The <strong>general objectives<\/strong> that pursues this <strong>Seville 2020 strategic plan<\/strong> follow the acronym <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>C.A.P.I.T.A.L.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Creative<\/strong>. It wants to distinguish itself as a creative, inventive, witty and imaginative city. Creativity is the basis for R&amp;D&amp;I when the means for its realisation are available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attractive<\/strong>. It is internationally known for its cultural, historical and tourist attractions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Own<\/strong>. Seville has a widely recognised uniqueness and specificity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Industrial<\/strong>. It values its industrial past and aspires to become a city of reference in the production of renewable energies and not only seeks sustainable development, but also makes sustainability the driving force of its future industrial and technological development.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technological<\/strong>. It has the largest technology park in Spain and one of the largest in Europe (Cartuja 93), the presence of the technology centres of large companies and other infrastructures.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open<\/strong>. It is a city historically linked to the meeting and coexistence of people from different territorial and cultural backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Leader<\/strong>.
