"Digital BI and Analytics Kit

As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 49 employees.

Enable you to exploit your company's data to improve the decision-making process.

It includes:

  • Creation of structured and visual data dashboards: you will have customised data dashboards with relevant data and different ways of visualisation, through connection to a data source (Excel, CSV, external data...).
  • Data integration with other databases: you will have access to other databases and the ability to make comparisons with the data on display.
  • Development of customised dashboards according to sector of activity with indicators, targets and real-time data.
  • Data storage: you will have a storage capacity of at least 1 GB per user.
  • Data export: you can export data to images or to Excel or PDF documents, creating synergies and compatibility with different programmes that you commonly use.
  • ComplianceThe BI and Analytics solution will enable you to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular with the GDPR.
  • Training for data analysis and interpretation

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 80%.
  • Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 20%.
  • From 0 to 2 employees - 1.500€ (1 user)
  • 3 to 9 employees - 2.000€ (1 user)
  • From 10 to 49 employees - 4.000€ (3 users)

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

 

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
