As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 49 employees.

With this solution you will be able to digitise the flow of issuing and receiving invoices from your customers and suppliers, ensuring the digitisation and securitisation of your business processes.

It includes:

  • Invoices in structured formatYou will be able to issue invoices in structured formats, at least in FACTURA-E format, to facilitate their automated processing.
  • Unlimited invoicesYou will be able to issue and receive an unlimited number of invoices.
  • Unlimited customersYou will have the ability to send invoices to an unlimited number of customers.
  • Unlimited products or servicesYou can create an unlimited number of billable products and/or services within the catalogue.
  • Sending and receiving invoicesThe solution implemented by the Digitising Agent of your choice will enable you to send and receive electronic invoices directly, at least by e-mail.
  • Invoice personalisationInvoices will be customisable, including the selection of your logo.
  • Regular backupsYou will be able to make backup copies, with the possibility of a daily periodicity.
    1GB Invoice Storage/History: you will have at least 1GB storage for invoices.
  • Integration with other solutionsThe solution must have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools, as well as allowing manual data uploading.
  • Invoice due date controlYou will have a system for monitoring the due date of invoices.
  • Generation of a billing recordThe solution will allow you to generate an invoice record, simultaneously or immediately prior to the issuance of each invoice.
  • Issuance of verifiable invoicesThe solution must enable the issuance of invoices, both on paper and electronically, which can be verified with the Tax Agency by the buyer.
  • On-site verificationThe solution shall allow for face-to-face verification of the billing record by the competent authorities.
  • Responsible declarationThe solution must have a declaration of responsibility from the manufacturer or developer certifying that the software complies with current tax regulations.
  • ComplianceYou will be able to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, specifically the Regulation governing invoicing obligations in Royal Decree 1619/2012, the requirements of article 29.2.j) of Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Taxation and its implementing regulations, as well as any other applicable regulations.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
  • Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.
  • From 0 to 2 employees - 1000€ (includes 1 user)
  • From 3 to 9 employees - 2000€ (including 3 users)
  • From 10 to 49 employees - 2000€ (includes 3 users)

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

 
 

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
