"E-commerce Digital Kit
As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 49 employees.

It includes:
- Domain and Hosting for 1 year. Includes SSL certificate and mail service for 1 year (Secure Browsing)
- Maintenance of the online shop for one year
- Platform developed in Woocommerce or Prestashop 100% self-managed by the client.
- Ecommerce adapted to the RGPD: Cookie Policy, Terms and Conditions, Legal Notice...
- Kick-off meeting with the client to see the client's needs.
- Ecommerce: Introduction of up to 350 products through import files.
- Ecommerce design including: Selection of featured products, most visited products, product finder, wish list.
- Payment method settings such as POS, Stripe, PayPal, Cash on delivery
- Development in one language
- Responsive Ecommerce adapted to mobile devices
- SEO positioningGoogle Analtytics, Google Search Console and optimisation of H1-H5 titles, sitemap and robots.txt. Content adapted to Google's eyes. Configuration of Alt tags on images.
- Synchronisation with Facebook and Instagram
- Integration with email marketing platform

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:
- First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
- Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.
- From 0 to 2 employees - 2000€.
- From 3 to 9 employees - 2000€.
- From 10 to 49 employees - 2000€.
Including 12 months of service provision.
The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.
The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
