"Digital Process Management Kit".

As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 49 employees.

Improve and/or automate your company's processes related to productive and operational aspects.

It includes:

  • Digitisation and/or automation of processes and workflows: you will have digitised and/or automated processes such as:
    • Projects: control of budgets, costs, estimates, optimisation of resources, etc.
    • Inventory: forecasting, stock levels, shipments, distributions, returns and cancellations, etc.
    • Invoicing and accounting
    • Lead and customer behaviour
  • Integration with various platforms: the solution shall have APIs or Web Services for integration with other tools.
  • Upgradeable: you will have access to updates of the solution with new versions.
  • Scalable: if your company grows or changes structurally, the solution will adapt to these changes.
  • ComplianceYou will be able to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations, in particular with the GDPR.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 80%.
  • Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 20%.
  • From 0 to 2 employees - 2.000€ (1 user)
  • From 3 to 9 employees - 3.000€ (3 users)
  • From 10 to 49 employees - 6.000€ (10 users)

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

 

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
