As part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, the Spanish government has launched a series of grants aimed at boosting and improving the digitalisation of SMEs and the self-employed. The aim is to finance services and market solutions, and to achieve greater progress in the level of digital maturity in the first stage, for which 500 million euros have been earmarked for companies with between 0 and 49 employees.

Helping you to target your references and products to increase your level of sales, optimising existing resources, choosing the right distribution channels and adapting your references and products to external needs.

It includes:

  • Preliminary study of alternatives and registration on the platform: the solution includes opening an account and registering your profile on at least one Marketplace platform and in at least one country.
  • Competitive analysis: the solution includes conducting market research focused on the characteristics of your competitors to improve your decision-making process and help you achieve a competitive position.
  • Design and definition of the business strategy: the solution includes the generation of the business strategy to achieve the desired objectives by directing the available resources towards this goal.
  • Production of the reference catalogue: analysis of the categories to be marketed in order to select at least ten products aligned with the business strategy, unless you do not have this number, in which case it can be less.
  • Creation of the content of the listing: definition of at least ten alerts from the reference catalogue, unless you do not have this number, in which case it may be less.
  • Registration of references: upload at least ten references and their respective descriptions and photographs on the platform, unless you do not have this number, in which case it may be less, accompanied by the description and individual photograph of each product.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
  • Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.
  • From 0 to 2 employees - 2000€.
  • From 3 to 9 employees - 2000€.
  • From 10 to 49 employees - 2000€.

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

 

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
