El Gobierno de España ha lanzado dentro del marco del Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia, una serie de ayudas dirigidas al impulso y mejora de la digitalización de las PYME y autónomos. El objetivo es financiar servicios y soluciones del mercado, y conseguir un mayor avance del nivel de madurez digital en un primer momento, para lo cual se han destinado 500 millones de euros a empresas de entre 0 y 249 empleados.

Digitise and optimise the management of commercial relations with your customers.

It includes:

  • Customer managementYou will be able to store and consult the data of each of your customers, from their registration as a business opportunity, and simulate the purchase of products or contracting of services.
  • Leads management: you will be able to register new Leads manually or by importing them by file. The data associated with the Leads will allow you to manage them commercially with the aim of converting them into customers. Additionally, you can parameterise business rules for assigning Leads according to different criteria.
  • Opportunity management: you will be able to manage all the business opportunities that involve sending offers and quotes to the potential client or Lead. You will also be able to check the status of each opportunity (under analysis, offer presented, under negotiation, won, cancelled, etc.).
  • Commercial actions or tasks:  the tool implemented by the Digitising Agent of your choice will allow you to create commercial actions and tasks, both manually and automatically.
  • Reporting, planning and commercial follow-up: you will be able to monitor through indicators (KPI's), list of opportunities, and others, with different levels of aggregation of information depending on your needs. You will also be able to generate reports to track and monitor your commercial activity, including efficiency ratios, phase status, pipeline and other measurable attributes (such as products, quotes, etc.), and according to channels, profiles, roles and/or commercial phases. These reports may show, at least, monthly, accumulated and/or comparative data between different business years.
  • Alerts: you will be able to visualise Customer Alerts in different types of graphic format (icons, pop-up messages, etc.).
  • Documentary management: the solution will include software for the centralised management of documentation capable of inserting and/or linking documents relating to your commercial activity as well as those provided by your customers.
  • Responsive design:  you will have a functional interface on all types of devices.
  • Integration with various platforms: you will have APIs or Web Services for the consolidation of information and data of your entire company.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

  • First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
  • Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.
  • From 0 to 2 employees - 2000€ (includes 1 user)
  • From 3 to 9 employees - 2000€ (including 1 user)
  • De 10 a 49 personas trabajadoras – 4000€ (incluye 3 usuarios)
  • De 50 a 99 personas trabajadoras – 10.000€ (incluye 10 usuarios)
  • De 100 a 249 personas trabajadoras – 14.000€ (incluye 15 usuarios)

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

 

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
