You will have secure connections between your employees' devices and the company.

It includes:

• SSLYou will have a secure socket layer protocol, to create a secure and encrypted connection.
• End-to-end encryptionYou will have encrypted communications all the way through, in order to prevent attacks.
• Connection logsYou will be able to keep track of the devices that have connected to your private network.
• Access controlYou will have the possibility to allow only devices authorised by you to connect to your private network.
• Mobile devicesYou will be able to make use of this solution from mobile devices.
• Initial configuration and security updatesYou will be provided with an initial set-up so that you can use it correctly, with the respective updates of malware signatures and other threat detection data as well as the required periodic security software updates.

The provision of the solution will be carried out in two phases, within the timeframe and with the committed performance acknowledgement defined below:

• First Phase: 3 months and a committed execution at 70%.
• Second Phase: 12 months and implementation committed to 30%.

• From 0 to 2 employees - 125€/user (up to 2 users)
• From 3 to 9 employees - 125€/user (up to 9 users)
• From 10 to 49 employees - 125€/user (up to 48 users)

Including 12 months of service provision.

The solution includes a support service for any incident you may have, with a resolution time of less than 24 hours. In addition, the domain and hosting of your website will also have this service. We will carry out the maintenance and support remotely and, additionally, you will have a telephone number and an email address where you can make any queries you may have.

The solution includes training so that you can acquire sufficient knowledge to be able to use and manage your website independently, especially in terms of regulatory compliance.
